NEW FEATURES - Release Video

  • POS Updates
    • Dashboard Repairs Access: Added the "Open Repairs" task button to the Dashboard. The entire task button will highlight red if there are overdue repairs.
    • Multiple Images & Notes for Repairs: Added Repair Image localization. Able to add multiple images with notes for each image. Can now have images before and after tied to the repair and on the work order. For more information, see Repairs and Gun Repairs. 
    • Check Printing: Enabling pawnshop employees to print checks directly from Bravo using pre-printed QuickBooks checks
    • Mobile Campaigns: New Campaign Scheduled Mobile events to help drive customers into your store
    • Retail Smart Search Categories: Updated the Suggested Categories to also display the parent category
    • Full Page Reports: New compact layout for the Bravo Reports page
    • Customer Required Setting: Added a store option to Require Customer on all transactions. For more information, see System Configuration under the POS Config section.
    • Serial Number Visibility: Bravo now shows the serial number in the Transactions screen for item sales and layaways
  • Firearm Updates
    • Shooting Range (Beta): Full version coming in January
    • ATF A&D Book Update: We’ve refreshed the ATF A&D book report, so now you’ll only see the Record Types you need. No clutter, just what’s important for compliance.
    • E4473 Update: We added a Manager Approval to release firearms prematurely via the “No response provided within 3 business days” on the Second Response. For more information, see E4473 NICS Processing.
    • ATF 3310.12 Form Update: Updated the E3310.12 to the 'June 2024' Revision.
  • Mobile & Web
    • Quantity Stock SKUs on eBay: Added the ability to list Stock SKUs with quantities on eBay from Bravo without splitting them out. For more information, see How to Manage Quantity WebSales for SKU/Stock Inventory. 
    • MobilePawn Login: Redesigned the MobilePawn and Buya Apps Login Process to only need a phone number
    • Store Finder and FFL Finder Enhancements: Coming soon with a release from Buya
    • Configure MobilePawn Payments: Added configuration options to the Loan/Layaway Payoff Receipt to reduce receipt paper used for payment verification. For more information, see MobilePawn App for Mobile Devices. Turn off the setting to have less receipt paper printed.

Bravo Updates and Improvements

  • Added the ability to Create Stock SKU that are not based on an existing catalog item
  • Stock Adjustment: Improved the behavior relationship of the Qty, Unit Cost, Total Cost fields
  • Stock Adjustment: Now displaying historical data on Stock in the left panel
  • Made sure that disabling a Serialized SKU is not possible if any items are in an active Lost or Damaged event
  • For new E3310 stores: Will not display the 'E3310 Processing' screen if one of the items was disposed before E4473 was enabled for the store
  • Enable Alternate Tax Group Rules to allow stores to configure this on their own
  • Added the "Item Detail" button to Item Inventory in Receiving
  • Expanded the use of the British spelling of 'Jewellery' to United Kingdon stores
