13503 210535 Updated the calculation for Florida Sale Tax to the following algorithm per the Florida Department of Revenue:
- Carries the tax computation to the third decimal place and always rounds up to the next whole cent when the third decimal place is greater than 4.

13092 210344 Corrected a "Customer_Transaction is not loaded" error when picking up a 3rd Party Transferred firearm.
We had problems with the user's ability to change the disposition customer on a 3rd Party Transfer. The following corrects that.
- 13290 211069 For 3rd Party Transfers: Removed a customer 'Search' button from the 'E4473 Start' screen that appeared after an attempted change to the customer.
- 13317 211069 For 3rd Party Transfers: Added a 'confirmation' validation when attempting to change the customer on the Transaction screen when a 3rd Part Transfer is loaded on the screen and the Firearm Processing has not started yet.
- 13513 213876 For 3rd Party Transfers: Added a 'confirmation' validation when attempting to add a 3rd Party customer by pulling up the Customer first, adding Third Party Customer, then clicking 'Transfer Pickup'.
13487 Corrected the sending of an email when an eBay order is created.
