Ad Hoc Reporting for Items Listed Online
This Article will show you how to use Ad Hoc Reporting to search for or modify items available for sale on the web on Buya.com.
Ad Hoc Reporting allows you to view snapshot reports of the status of your inventory and sort the data by any selected field. By restricting your search, you can easily target just items currently for sale on Buya.com to modify their listings or take them off the web. To do this, see the steps below:
Start by selecting Inventory from the Bravo Dashboard.

From the Inventory Screen, select Ad Hoc Reporting on the Right:

From the Ad Hoc Inventory Report Generator, add the following criteria:
- Status = Inventory
- For Sale Online (make sure the box is checked
)

Selecting any additional criteria will further refine your search results.
Once you have entered all search criteria and/or saved your custom report name, select Ok.
Make sure that you have checked the Max Rows on the right side of the report generator.![]()
If you have more items than the maximum allowed number than the maximum number of rows, you will see an error window:
![]()
You will then have to go back and adjust the rows.
On the actual Report screen (labeled Inventory at the top), you may add data columns by right-clicking on the table headers and selecting "Show Column Chooser".

The column chooser will open on the screen, showing options for additional data columns that can be added to the report. You can either check the box and the column will be added to the end, or you can drag the column where you want it from the Column Chooser.

If you drag the column label, add it to the headers of the table.

You will see arrows indicating where the new column will be placed.

Similarly, you may remove columns by clicking on the column label, then dragging it in any direction until the remove icon is displayed. Release the mouse button to remove that column.

Columns can be added back in at any time with the Column Chooser.
By clicking on the column label, you can sort the data by any column.
By hovering the mouse over a column until you see the filter icon, you will be able to filter your results.

You can also group items by right clicking on the title row and selecting Show Group Panel

Drag columns into the group panel to create groupings of data:

Clicking on the Layouts arrow at the top of the report will allow you to save the layout as well as to Show the Summary Panel:

Use the Print List feature on the right side of the page to print or save your list as a spreadsheet.
