Add Shipping

Learn how to apply shipping charges to a transaction in Bravo, including selecting shipping tender and entering details.

This article will walk you through the process of adding a shipping charge to a sale in Bravo.

You can configure the default shipping amount from System Configuration > Configuration > POS Config > Shipping Amount

Instructions

  • Start a SALE by selecting the item to sell.
  • On the Transactions screen, select Shipping on the lower right side of panel.
  • The Shipping Address Detail window appears and with the default shipping amount.
  • You can adjust this amount for each transaction.
  • Enter the shipping address.  If the sale has a customer listed, you can click "Use Customer Address" if you are shipping to the same address.
  • To print a shipping address label, check the box next to Print Label .
  • Click OK.
  • Shipping will be listed as the transaction type on the Transactions screen. 
  • Notice that the shipping details appear under Description.
  • Click Next to go to the Tender Screen.
  • Collect payment.

Note - Shipping may be taxed based on your store's tax settings and the receipt for the sale will show the shipping cost.
