Adding your Bravo Reporting Pro to your Shopkeeper App

Learn how to add Bravo Reporting Pro to the Shopkeeper App, giving you easy access to key performance metrics and reports directly from your mobile device.

This article will go over how to use the URL provided when you signed up for Bravo Reporting Pro (BRP) to gain access to the Reports on your Shopkeeper app!

If you do not have Bravo Reporting Pro yet, please refer to the article HERE to get started.

Once you have signed up for BRP, you will receive an email with a link unique to your company as well as a username and password.

Take the link to Bravo Reporting Pro and copy it. Then follow these steps to get the BRP onto your Shopkeeper app.

  1. Make sure your Shopkeeper App is not running on your phone while doing these steps or you will not see a change unless you restart the app after making the changes.
  2. Go into Bravo and go to the System Configuration section of your store


  3. Go to the Configuration Tab at the top


  4. Scroll down to where it says "WEB BUTTONS" and open up that folder.
  5. Once here, click EDIT at the top of the page.


  6. Then, in the "Advanced Reports URL" bit, paste the link to your companies BRP.


  7. Now in the Shopkeeper App you will see the Bravo Reporting Pro button.

                                             

  8. When you click on the link for the first time, it will ask you to login to your BRP with the username and password provided to you.
                                            

  9. Once you have done that, you now can successfully browse all of the reports you signed up for on your phone!
