Last Updated: 4/7/2025
The ATF A&D Book can be found in "Sales Reports" on the reports screen. You can run queries, print sections, and edit pages as needed.
Instructions
- From the Dashboard, select, Reports from the side menu.
- Scroll the page down to the Sales Reports category and click on ATF A&D Book.

There are three choices on the right; "Preview", "Print", and "Edit ATF Records"
- Preview brings up a window that will allow you to configure the report.
- Print will print out a copy of the Book.
- Edit will allow you to edit an ATF Record. You will need the line number from the book to proceed on this page.

There are several ways to search this report:
- Dates Between - It's best to enter either acquisition or disposition. Bravo will query based on your input, so entering both will search for items matching both criteria.
- Acquisition- Will display all firearms acquired (added) into you’re A&D book during the specified date range
- Disposition- Will display all firearms disposed (removed) from you’re A&D book during the specified date range
- Book - You can toggle between your current A&D book and any archived books you have.
- Book View
- Entire Book- Displays all entries
- Only Original Entries- Only shows original entries. If something has been corrected it will not be displayed with this view.
- Only Corrected Entries- Only shows records that have been corrected.
- Only Open Entries - This will allow you to narrow things down to items that are still in your store.
- Record Types
- Primary- Used for acquisition of all non-NFA items, with the exception of repair-related items.
- NFA items acquired through pawn transactions are also assigned to the Primary record type.
- NFA- Used for acquisition of NFA items, with the exception of pawn-related and repair-related items.
- Gunsmithing- Used for acquisition of items through repair transactions. This includes repair of NFA items.
- Primary- Used for acquisition of all non-NFA items, with the exception of repair-related items.
- Show only used items - This will filter the report to items which are marked Used. By default, items purchased in from a vendor are not marked Used, but items taken in from customer transactions, such as loans, buys, trades, exchanges, or consignments, are marked Used. To change a line to not be Used, uncheck the Used checkbox when editing ATF records.
- Include Antique Weapons -Typically you will want to uncheck this box. Antique weapons, such as black powder rifles are not usually necessary for the ATF query.
- Line Number - You can search for a line number or a range of line numbers if known.
- Serial Number - use the Serial Number to find the firearm in the A&D book. This is useful if you are searching for one particular item
- Manufacturer - Allows you to narrow your search by the manufacturer of the firearm
- Importer - Allows you to narrow the search by the importer of the firearm
- Sort By - Allows you to choose how your final report is sorted. It defaults to Line Number

*Available in April 2025 If a Manual 4473 was completed for a firearm Sale or Redemption and the form was uploaded to Bravo, the uploaded form will show when selecting View E4473 in the Report Preview screen.
- Below is the report using the "Bravo Print Version". Line numbers are on the left and comments are on the right.

- You will see the Line Number pop-up window.

- Enter the Line Number that you wish to edit.
- The Edit screen will then come up.

Your Edit ATF Record screens may look different if you switched from another software and imported your data to Bravo.
