ATF Primary Location Error

This article provides solutions to the following Bravo error: 

This article will address two possibilities to what may cause this error:

  • The path does not exist . The path must be created on the workstation to match what is in the configuration to resolve this problem.
  • The file path is open (someone is probably looking at it), so it cannot be written to. The file must be closed to resolve this problem.

Configure the ATF Primary In-Store File Location

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Open Bravo
  • Click on "System Configuration"
  • Select the store
  • Select the "Configuration" tab at the top
  • Scroll down to FIREARMS
  • Find "ATF Primary In-Store Database Location"
  • Select location on the computer you would like the files to save. Recommendation is creating a folder on the desktop calling it "ATF A&D Book"
  • It is also recommended that you do not close Bravo or turn off the workstation that is storing the primary file as it will save to the computer file you chose at 10pm (local time).
