Automatically Email E3310 Forms to the ATF and Your Store's CLEO

Learn how to enable Bravo’s automatic email feature to send completed E3310 forms directly to the ATF and your local Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO).

To streamline the process of submitting completed ATF Form 3310 documents to the ATF and to your store's Chief Local Law Enforcement Official (CLEO), Bravo can be configured to automatically send an email with these forms immediately after they are saved.

To configure, go to System Configuration, select the Configuration tab, and expand the FIREARMS section. Here, you will find the configuration options for E3310.4 Automatic Email Recipient and E3310.12 Automatic Email Recipient.

Set the ATF email address for the selected form (multiplehandgunsalesforms@atf.gov for 3310.4, MultipleLongGunSalesForms for 3310.12). If you wish to send to an additional address, such as the email address for your store's CLEO, place a semicolon (;) between each email address.

The first address in this section will be in the "To" for the email, every email after the initial will be a CC (Carbon Copy), so it is imperative that the initial email be correct and able to receive emails otherwise the entire email will not send to anyone.

Your store's configured email address (on the Information tab in System Configuration) will also be CC'd on the email, so you will know when an email is successfully sent to the configured email addresses.
