Bravo window pop-ups not showing in full
Learn how to resolve issues with Bravo window pop-ups not displaying in full view. This includes adjusting your screen resolution, browser zoom, or display settings so that all pop-up windows and dialogs are fully visible during transactions or configuration.
This issue stems from the scale of the screen in the Windows Settings.
Issue: Bravo's windows, whether ad hoc, or Item Detail, etc will show as only half there.

Resolution: In the Windows Display settings there is an option for scale. Change this value first to the recommended setting if it is not already on it and try viewing a window in Bravo again. If it happens again, try different Scaling options until you find the correct one for the computer so that it doesn't cut off the Bravo window.
To do this on Windows 10:
Right click on the Windows icon
Click Settings
Choose System (this should land you in Display, where we want to be)
Scroll down to Scale and Layout
Adjust the setting for "Change the size of text, apps, and other items"

The only difference on Windows 11 is that this is just called Scale.
