Bucket and Stock Tags
Create custom SKU tags in Bravo to make inventory easier to find with smart search using short aliases or keywords.
The Tags feature allows any word, phrase, combination of letters and numbers (below 20 characters) to be used to pull up a SKU from the smart search screen.
How to get it:
Contact your Bravo representative.
How to setup:
Once this feature has been enabled by your Bravo representative, setup is in the same place as the configuration for buckets. See this document on creating and managing SKUs.

Buckets
Create a new Bucket or edit an existing Bucket. With the Bucket in edit mode, select one of the empty UPC boxes and type in your alias for the SKU. When you are done, click Ok -> Save.
Stocks
To create a standalone Stock, click Edit, then click Create Stock. This will open the Create SKU screen. Alternatively, you can use Vendor Catalog Integration to create a Stock from a catalog item.
Similar to using UPC boxes in Buckets for SKU tags, this feature is available on the Create Stock screen under the name Tags. Enter Stock details as described in the article for the Create Stock Screen.
Best Practices:
Use an easy to remember combination of letters and/or numbers. Preferably not an existing model name as this new tag will be used in smart search.
Pressing enter after typing in the name will bring up the Bucket/ Stock in the same way as typing in the SKU number.
