Business Intelligence
The Business Intelligence buttons allow you to view performance reports for employees, stores, eCommerce transactions, and your entire company. Access to these features is restricted by security permission, so not all employees will have these features visible on their Dashboard. These reports are broken down into the sections below:
Employee Performance
The Employee Performance feature allows you to view statistical performance data for the employee currently logged in. Showing:
- Today's Activity
- Month to Date Activity
- Year to Date Activity



Store Performance
The Store Performance feature allows you to view statistical performance data for an individual store location.

eCommerce Performance
The eCommerce Performance feature allows you to view statistical performance data for eCommerce transactions. Showing:
- Sales Channel Dashboard
- Month to Date Sales Details by Channel
- Year to Date Sales Details by Channel



Company Performance
The Company Performance feature allows you to view statistical performance data for the whole company.


Customer Loyalty Report
This report shows you details on a specific customer, going into their Loans, Buys and Sales done with the company.
