Buya Shipping Options

Learn how to configure and manage Buya.com shipping options, including flat rate, calculated, and free shipping settings within Bravo.

When items are listed on any integrated eCommerce Platform,  the shipping options are up to each store.  The shipping options can be changed on each individual item or the Company SKU.

Shipping for Individual Items

Click on Inventory to edit the item details.

Note: You will need to select Edit before you can change the item details, unless you are editing the item directly from the pricing screen.

Make sure that the Web box is checked and then click Item Detail.

Items default to Flat Rate shipping for Buya.com.  Rates are based on the item category, but can be edited for each individual item.  To edit the rate, simply type a new rate in the Flat Rate Amount box.

To select the same shipping rate for eBay, click the radio button next to Same as Buya.

You can also choose Free Shipping or In Store Pick Up Only.

  • Free shipping will not charge any shipping rate.
  • In Store Pick Up Only will limit the item to pick up and will show on Buya as In Store only.

Once you have the Option chosen, click OK.

Note: The update takes at least ten to twenty minutes to take effect on Buya.

Shipping Options for SKUs/Stock

Navigate to the Create Stock or Edit Stock Screens either in back office or through Stock Management. Check the "Allow Web Sales" checkbox to allow your stores to sell this Stock online.

The Web Details pops up by checking the “Allow Web Sales” checkbox or selecting the “Web Details” button. The functionality is similar to the Item Details window, so we'll focus only on the differences.

  1. Choose where your stores can list their stock by checking the Buya/UsedGuns, eBay (available in Oct 2024 release) , or your Company Branded check boxes.
    • Selecting eBay indicates the item can be listed there, but you must complete additional steps to make the listing live. For more details on listing a fixed price item on eBay, click here.
  2. Set your Shipping costs.
    • For Non-serialized Stock, select the cost of shipping box and the number of items that fit in one box. Your customers will be charged shipping based on the quantity of items they order.
    • Serialized Stock are set at a flat rate.
  3. Restrict the number of items that your customers can purchase in one order with Max Order Quantity.
    • Non-Serialized Stock’s Max order Quantity is defaulted to each store’s available inventory.
    • Serialized Stock is defaulted to 1 and not editable.
  4. Automatic Listing for New Items:
    • When creating new Stock, the "Auto-List All New Items" checkbox will be defaulted to checked and automatically generate online listings for all your current and future stores and automatically list all new Serialized inventory.
      • Selecting the eBay box with the "Auto-List All New Items" option, only marks the item as able to list on eBay but requires further steps to list the item(s) on eBay.*
    • When editing new Stock, Checking the "Auto-List All New Items" checkbox will automatically generate online listings for all your future stores and automatically list all new serialized inventory.
Note: Web details are shared across the entire company
  • If you check web listings allowed and your company has at least one store that already has inventory for this stock, a pop up will appear asking if you would like to create the web listings for these stores.
    • For single store companies, checking web listings allowed will automatically create a web listing for your store.
