Cancel a Web Order
Learn how to cancel a web order in Bravo, including steps to identify the order, process the cancellation, and manage related inventory and payment adjustments.
There may be a time when you need to cancel a web order that has been received. To cancel an order, follow the process outlined below:
Start by selecting Web Fulfillment from the Bravo Dashboard.

From the eCommerce screen, select the order that you need to cancel and click Cancel Order from the right side of the screen.

You will get a Confirmation dialog.

Select Yes to proceed with cancellation.
Select a Cancel Reason from the drop down list and click OK.

You will now be on the Web Fulfillment screen.

Status will show Cancelled. Click on Save to complete the cancellation.
The cancelled item will be put back into your Pricing queue. Item History will show that the item was cancelled from a web order.

Recently added a new cancel reason "Fraudulent Order".
If you select Fraudulent Order, no email will be sent to the web customer.
