Company KPIs Report
Learn how to use Bravo's Company KPI Report to monitor store performance across key metrics like loans, sales, and inventory over custom date ranges.

The Company KPI Report allows you to see how all stores in the company are performing over a given range of dates.
To access this report, start by clicking on Company KPI from the middle section of the Bravo Dashboard:

You will then have to enter a range of dates for the report to pull data from:

Enter your desired dates.
NOTE: For all line items with “MTD” in the description. On this report the “MTD”(Month to Date) represents the actual MTD totals for the month of the End Date entered in the parameters when running the report. For Instance. If todays date is after February, and the report is run for the dates of February 1st to February 14th(or any other dates in February) the MTD amounts would be the total amounts for the month of February (1st to the 28th) because the total MTD amounts have been calculated. If the report is run on March 15 for February 21st to March 5th, the MTD amounts will be calculated numbers from March 1st to March 14th.
The report will pull your company data:

Your Company name will be listed at the top of the report.
The rows at the top are running from yesterday (if you run the report on 2/1/19 it will show you 1/31/19 even if your reporting range is not anywhere near these dates)
- Inventory Base
- Layaway Balance
- Loan Balance
- Net Revenue MTD
- Net Revenue PTD
- Net Customers
The Column labeled Grand Total is the total for all stores within the company. Each store will have its own column.
The report data rows are as follows:

- Inventory Balance
- The balance is the sum or total of all items owned by the store. This amount is as of the End Date entered when submitting the report.
- This includes items with the following Status: AUCTION, BUY, DAMAGED INVENTORY – CONTROLLABLE, DAMAGED INVENTORY – NON-CONTROLLABLE, FIREARM APPROVED, FIREARM DENIED, FIREARM HOLD, FIREARM PROCESS, INVENTORY, LAYAWAY, PENDING OFFER, PENDING PICKUP, PENDING SHIPMENT, PENDING WEB SALE, POLICE INVENTORY HOLD, RECYCLE LIST, UNPRICED
- Loan Balance
- Active loans balance as of the End Date entered when submitting the report.
- This including the following dispositions: ON LOAN, COURTESY HOLD, NOTICE, BANKRUPTCY, POLICE PICKUP, POLICE LOAN HOLD, FIREARM HOLD, FIREARM DENIED, FIREARM APPROVED, FIREARM IN PROCESS, REDEEM FIREARM HOLD
- New Loans Written Amt
- All new loans written, MINUS loan renewals
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- New Loans Written Qty
- Count of all new loans written, MINUS loan renewals
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- New Buys Written Amt
- All new customer buys written
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- New Buys Written Qty
- Count on all new customer buys written
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- New Buys Written Amt MTD
- All new customer buys written (Month To Date)
- New Buys Written Qty MTD
- Count on all new customer buys written (Month To Date)
- Retail Sales Total Amt
- Total Retail Sales
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Sales Total Qty
- Total number of retail sales excluding gift cards
- Retail Sales (Taxable)
- Total Taxable Retail Sales
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Sales (Tax Exempt - Other)
- Total Non-Taxable Retail Sales, marked with "OTHER" as the non-taxable reason
- This also includes non-taxable retail sales with NO taxable reason code entered
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Sales (Tax Exempt - Certificate)
- Total Non-Taxable Retail Sales, marked with "TAX CERTIFICATE" as the non-taxable reason.
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Sales (Tax Exempt - Shipped)
- Total Non-Taxable Retail Sales, marked with "SHIPPED" as the non-taxable reason
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Restocking Fees
- Amount of Retail Restocking Fees
- Retail Sales Item Cost
- Total Item Cost (COGS) of Retail Sales
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Sales Gross Profit %
- [Retail Gross Profit $ Amount] / [Retail Sales Total]
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Sales Gross Profit Amt
- Sum of the retail amounts in [Retail Sales Total] minus the sum of the cost (COGS) of those transaction line items
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Retail Sales Total Amt MTD
- Total Retail Sales (Month to Date) excluding gift cards
- Retail Sales Total Qty MTD
- Total number of retail sales (month to date) excluding gift cards
- Retail Sales (Taxable) MTD
- Total Taxable Retail Sales (Month to Date)
- Retail Sales (Tax Exempt - Other) MTD
- Total Non-Taxable Retail Sales, marked with "OTHER" as the non-taxable reason
- This also includes non-taxable retail sales with NO taxable reason code entered (Month to Date)

- Total Non-Taxable Retail Sales, marked with "TAX CERTIFICATE" as the non-taxable reason (Month to Date)

- Total Non-Taxable Retail Sales, marked with "SHIPPED" as the non-taxable reason (Month to Date)
- Retail Sales Item Cost MTD
- Total Item Cost (COGS) of Retail Sales (Month To Date)
- Retail Sales Gross Profit % MTD

- Sum of the retail amounts in [Retail Sales MTD Total] minus the sum of the cost (COGS) of those transaction line items

- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
NOTE: Scrap sales require a completed and closed scrap bucket
- Scrap Sales Item Cost
- Total Completed Refined Item Cost (Cost Assigned to Check + Cost Assigned to Metal + Cost Assigned to Stones). This cost is totals directly from completed and closed scrap buckets
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Scrap Sales Gross Profit %
- [Scrap Gross Profit $ Amount] / [Scrap Sales]
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Scrap Sales Gross Profit Amt
- [Scrap Sales] minus [Scrap Item Cost]. Cost is the check cost, metal cost, and stone cost all added together

- Total loans pulled for inventory (Month To Date)

- Total forfeited loans that were reactivated
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Forfeited Loan Reactivations Qty MTD
- Count of forfeited loans reactivated (returned to active loan status)
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
- Net Revenue (Excluding Scrap)
- Sum of [Pawn Service Charges] Collected + [Retail Gross Pofit]
- This amount represents the date period entered when running the report
