When pricing items or conducting inventory audits, you may find individual inventory items that are better suited as a bucket SKU. Bravo lets you convert these items to a Bucket SKU if their categories match.
To learn more about setting up SKUs, read the article, Bucket SKU Management.
Instructions
- To convert an inventory item to SKU, start by finding the item in the Inventory screen.
- Right click on the item or select Convert to SKU from the menu on the right. You will need to scroll down on the right.

- The Convert to SKU dialog window will open. Type in the SKU Number/UPC or Description of the SKU that you want.
- Highlight the SKU and click Save.

If the desired SKU did not appear in the Convert to SKU window, the item may be in the wrong category.
- The item will now show the SKU number in the Number column replacing the original inventory number.
- The item quantity (in this case 1) will be added to the SKU quantity, and the item cost will be added to the SKU cost.
- The average cost in the SKU will now include the new item.
- If the original item number if pulled up will show a status of Defunct. The Item History shows this movement.
