Customer Consignment History

Learn how to view a customer’s full consignment history, including all active and completed consignment transactions.

Each customer profile includes their complete consignment history. For current consignments, refer to the Consignments section under Transactions.

Instructions

  • To bring up the Customer Consignment History, from the the Dashboard and search for the customer
  • Click the Edit button instead of Select.

 

From the Customer Screen, on the right side menu.

  • Select Consignment History to get the customers past consignments.
  • If you are a multi-store company, you may see a pop up asking for which store to view.
  • Choose one or All Stores and then hit Ok to run the report.

This report shows:

  • Date & Time - When the creation of the Consignment took place
  • Consignment Number - Consignment number that the item had when created
  • Description - information about the item on consignment
  • Min Price - Amount that was agreed would be the lowest the customer wanted their item to sell for
  • Term Date - When the consignment was set to end and be due back to the customer that consigned it.
  • Status examples
    • RETURNED - item was given back to the customer
    • RETURN DUE - Customer needs to be called and pick up their item
    • PAID - Item has been sold and the money given to the customer
    • PAYMENT DUE - Customer needs to be notified that their item sold
  • Item Number - When on the floor for sale
  • Sales Amount - How much the item sold for total
  • Net to Consignor - How much the Consignor was paid
  • Associate - Employee that completed the last action that updated the Status
