Customer Deep Dive Report

Analyze customer behavior, transactions, and payment trends in Bravo using the Customer Deep Dive report for more informed business decisions.

The Customer Deep Dive report allows you to search a customer to see their sales and pawn totals by company, region and store.

This report can be found under Operational Reports as well as All Reports.

Clicking on Customer Deep Dive will bring you to the report screen where you can select a region and/or store.  You can then enter a customer name to search.

Region and Store can be set to "All" or to a specific selection.  For the Name search field, you will need either the first or last name of the customer.  Unlike the customer search in Bravo, you have to enter the complete name (either first or last), and cannot search by just a few letters.  

Once you have entered the parameters click view_report_button.JPG from the right hand side of the screen.

As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.

Once the report is run, you will see a list of matching customers.  For example. if you search for the name Thomas, you will get a list of customers who have either their first name or their last name match your search.

From this report, you are able to see the total number of active loans, total active loan balance, total defaulted loans, defaulted loans amount, redemptions, redemption amount, number of buys, total buy amount, overall pawn total and overall customer total (pawns plus buys).

This report will show data for only the customer that you have searched for.  If you would like to see a ranking of your top customers, you will want to look at the Customer Ranking report.
