If a customer disputes a MobilePawn payment they made. What happens next?

 

  1. We recommend to block the customer in Bravo and write in the Alert section what happened. You can see how to do this in the video at the bottom of the article
  2. Submit a case if the item hasn't been picked up. Bravo will reverse the MobilePawn payment for you.
