Dashboard, your Home Screen
You will learn how to navigate Bravo’s Dashboard, your central hub for accessing key features like customer search, estimators, reports, and task management
The Dashboard is the landing page for Bravo, the first screen you see when you login. It is also the screen that you will be returned to upon completing any task or transaction. From the dashboard you can access all available features of Bravo.

The Dashboard is divided into several sections. Click on the links below to learn more about each section.

The Top Bar

The top bar shows the Bravo version, Store name, and Store code in parenthesis. When reaching out to a Bravo team member, please provide the Store Code. The Home button in the upper left corner takes you back to the home screen from anywhere in Bravo. If you have a logo, it will replace the home button. Clicking on the page title, e.i. Dashboard, will open a related article in the Solution Center.
Employee Info and Helpful Links
On the top right of the Dashboard you have the employee information and several self-service links.

- Clock - Shows time and allows you to Clock In/Out using the Time Clock Feature )
- Employee Image Icon - Will display an employee photo uploaded to their Employee's Profile )
- Employee ID - Displays the Login ID of the employee currently signed-in
- The following Links on top right

- Solution Center - Access articles and videos about Bravo features in the knowledge base.
- My Help Cases - Visit the Solution Center to submit support requests and track your tickets.
- Lock Session - This will lock your session and return you to the login screen, but you will remain logged in.
- Logout - This will log you out of Bravo and end your session on this workstation.
- Change Password - Right-click the employee image to change your password.
- Time Clock - This allows you to access the time clock to punch in/out. See Time Clock Feature
- AI Chat - Clicking this link opens a chat with our AI Chat, Judy for Bravo questions. Judy offers quick answers and shares useful videos and articles.
Customer Search

In Bravo you can search for a customer by
- First Name and Last Name + Birth Date
- Phone Number
- E-Mail Address or Business Name
- Personal ID Number
The Birth Date field refines search results alongside a name search. To watch a short video clip on how on Customer Search, click Here .
Smart Search

There two main Search types, Used Goods Smart Search and Retail Smart Search.
- Used Goods Smart Search: Entering make/model information will direct you to the Product Estimator. This is the default smart search for pawn shops.
- Retail Smart Search: If you enter a keyword into the Retail Smart Search, it will search your active inventory for sales and layaways. Keywords can include manufacturer, categories, item type and more. This is the default smart search for retail stores. To watch a video on Search, click here.
Data conversions
For stores with converted data, when searching for information on Inventory numbers, Pawn Ticket numbers, Layaway numbers for example, you must instruct the Smart Search the specific type of transaction that originated the the previous program so Bravo can return the desired information.
The options for converted data search are: Inventory Number, Pawn Ticket Number, Consignment Ticket Number, Layaway Number

Product Estimator & Jewelry Estimator

The Product Estimator evaluates general merchandise by providing categorized items, median sales prices, average loan amounts, and average buy amounts, along with quality assessment questions tailored to the items in hand.

The Jewelry Estimator allows automatic estimation of jewelry items based on your store's settings for Pawns and Buys, including tools for pricing Diamonds, Gold, Platinum, Silver, and other precious metals.

Business Intelligence Reports and Bravo Announcements

There are four Business Intelligence Reports on the Dashboard. Click the links below to learn more about them.
Bravo Announcements
This section of the Dashboard shows announcements from Bravo. If there is a new feature or scheduled release, we will announce it here. You can scroll through by clicking the opaque left or right buttons on the ends of the announcements.
Task Manager

The Task Manager features shortcuts to common tasks along with red bubble counters alerting you that something needs to be completed in Bravo. These tasks can be found in the different screens from the right hand column.
Buttons in red instead of grey like "Web Fulfillment" above indicate time sensitive tasks. If the tasks become overdue the button will turn red.
You can customize the Task Manager to display only the necessary buttons based on the store's operational requirements and the security levels of employees.
Everyday Operations
This section of the Dashboard allows you to open up other functions of Bravo. Management buttons (Inventory to Repairs) have a drop down buttons to expand for other actions and tasks.

Favorites and Plugins

On the top left of Bravo there is a Star icon for your Favorites and Web links entered in the System Configuration. The Plug is for all your installed Plugins like Police Exports, Biometrics, ID Scanning, etc.
