With the 2.5.5 release to Bravo we have added in Date to Inventory and Inventory Age in the Ad Hoc Criteria as well as the Column Chooser. This new functionality opens a lot of potential for new Ad Hocs and different way reports can be saved using it as a column.
Date to Inventory is the date that an item was placed into the Inventory section. Inventory Age is the count of days from when the item was put in Inventory by the Date to Inventory functionality.
The Date to Inventory and Inventory Age are updated by the following actions:
- Expired loan
- Expired re-loan
- Expired buy
- Completed vendor purchase
The Date to Inventory and Inventory Age are not updated by the following actions:
- Pricing
- Expired layaway
- Returned item
- Store transfers
The Ad Hoc criteria allows for a variety of ways to run it:

Currently, the Ad Hoc that I am going to run is to search for any item that has sold, that came in from pawn, and was put into inventory between January of 2019 and May 2020.

After generating the Ad Hoc, if you wanted to sort by the Date to Inventory you will need to add that column in. You can do it like so: (check here for basics on bringing up the Column Chooser)

Now you can sort by clicking on the Date to Inventory column and/or the Inventory Age column. Clicking once will sort by oldest first, and clicking a second time will sort by newest first.
