Digital Marketing Settlement

You will learn how to track and manage your store's SMS, email, and MobilePawn message charges using Bravo's Digital Marketing Settlement report.

This report will allow you to monitor the amount of mobile messages you are sending to customers generated at the end of the Billing Period.

There are 3 different forms of messages that can be sent from Bravo that will be charged to the store.

  1. SMS - $0.07/segment (160 characters)
  2. Email - $0.05/email
  3. MobilePawn - $0.02/notification

To access this report you will need to first navigate to Reports from the Dashboard.

From there go down to Sales Reports and select Digital Marketing Settlement and then hit Preview.

Once you hit Preview, you will be able to choose the Billing Date you need to track, you can also "Include Detail" which will allow you to see the message that was sent to each person. This will be broken out between all 3 forms of messages if that type of message was sent.

At the top of the report is the Usage Summary section which will detail out in totals how many messages were sent for what form of message, and give a grand total that the store was charged for the messages sent. From there, if you chose to Include Detail, you will see each message that was sent.
