E4473 Review screen
You will learn how to use Bravo's E4473 Review screen to identify and correct customer data errors, review questionnaire responses, and finalize firearm transactions.
Welcome to the E4473 Review screen. This screen will help you find mistakes and get them fixed quickly.
Click here to see E4473 Review screen details:
Status bar:
Across the top of the screen you will see a status bar. This will show you where you are in the E4473 process. Presently the firearms have been selected, money has been tendered, Form has been completed by the customer and now ready for you to review.

Resubmit:
The Data Entry review section lists all the customer information line by line. You should compare the physical ID to the data entry items to see if there is any inconsistency. When you see a line that is incorrect, just click the “Fix” checkbox for that line. For example, if someone is accustomed to going by their shortened name “Frank” instead of “Francis”, you can check that line, then click on the “Resubmit” button at the bottom of the screen. Clicking the “Resubmit” button will deny the current E4473, then create a new E4473 with the same answers. Lines checked for “Fix” will need to be corrected before the customer can sign the new E4473 and resubmit it for review.
Data Entry Review section:
The store will be required to type in the Identification that the customer is using for this transaction on the right hand side.
Bravo now supports the Firearm Owners Identification type card for Illinois as of release 3.0.3

Fix then Resubmit:

E4473 Form:
The customer will see a screen similar to this. All their previous data still there. Once they fix the incorrect data, they will continue clicking “Next” and reviewing each screen until signature and accept.

Questionnaire:
Just below the Data Entry Review will show the results of E4473 performing automatic check of the customers answers to the Yes/No questions. If there are any issues, they will be displayed. Red for unacceptable. Yellow for warning. This is an automatic review and is intended to catch obvious mistakes. Mistakes found here cannot be marked for “Fix”. Mistakes can still be easily corrected by clicking “Resubmit”.

When receiving a yellow warning stating, "Reminder to obtain supplemental documentation for Question #20 U.S.-issued Alien Number or Admission Number" make sure to fill out the buyer's U.S.-issued alien or admission documentation under Special Situations

Review E4473:
Before accepting any form, you should first review the full form on screen. You can do this by clicking the “Review E4473” button. This will bring up all six pages in a report viewer so you can review the answers submitted by the customer in the way they would be laid out on the 4473.

Clicking the Resubmit button will deny the current E4473, then create a new one with the same customer’s answers as the E4473 that was just “Denied”. If any Data Entry Review items were checked for “Fix”, they will need to be fixed by the customer before the customer can sign the new E4473.

The Notes button is seen on every E4473 screen. Clicking this button opens the Notes window with two boxes. The left side box “4473 Notes” is where you enter notes that you wish to be seen on the 4473. The right-side box “Store Notes” are internal notes for the store to reference and are not seen on the 4473. Once something is typed in the notes, the “Notes” button will become yellow to remind you to look into the notes.

Save and Close:
This button is on all E4473 screens and it does what it says. Saves the current changes and closes the E4473, then lands you on the dashboard so you can work on another customer.
