eBay Auction Management Screen
You will learn how to manage eBay auctions in Bravo, including filtering listings, reviewing details, and relisting items that didn’t sell.
To manage your auctions, start by selecting Web Auctions from the Bravo Dashboard. You can also get right to Active by using the drop-down on the right of Web Auctions and selecting Active.

The Web Auctions screen supports two modes: eBay auction mode or Buya auction mode. The mode buttons are located in the top right corner.
The screen starts in eBay mode by default. Select the Buya radio button to change to Buya mode to show only Buya auctions.

The filter buttons are similar to those on web auction, but not the same list. They have been renamed to correspond more closely with eBay's terminology.

- Active – Auctions that are in progress and have not ended
- Unsold (Last 90 days) – Auction has ended, but there were no bids or the reserve was not met in the last 90 days.
- Sold - Awaiting Payment – Auctions that are sold but the customer has not yet paid
- Sold - Awaiting Shipment – Auctions that are paid but the web order is awaiting fulfillment
- Sold - Expired (Last 90 days) – Auctions where the item was sold but the customer never paid
- Ended Listings (Last 90 days) – Auctions that have ended within the last 90 days
- Closed (Last 90 days) – Auctions that are paid and the order has shipped within the last 90 days

- Listings Errors (last 90 days) - eBay auctions may have listing errors that occur after it has been queued to be listed. If the item is unable to be listed due to an eBay error, the auction status will be "ERROR" and the item will show up on your unpriced list. You can see all the recent listing errors from all auctions using the "Listing Errors (last 90 days)" filter. You may see individual errors for a single auction by right clicking View Error Log or from the auction detail screen by double clicking and using the View Error Log button.
- View Auction Item - Takes you to a the Auction Item View screen within Bravo where you can see all of the auction specifics.
- View Auction on eBay - Takes you to the actual item on eBay in your web browser.
- Cancel Auction - allows you to cancel an auction before it has any bids (an auction cannot be canceled after it has bids).
- Relist - allows you to place canceled or unsold items back on auction -- the options default to the last auction's parameters for that item, but the options can be changed before being placed on a new auction.
- View Related Auctions - allows you to see any other auctions this item has been listed in previously.
