eBay Integration Web Order Confirmations

You will learn how Bravo handles eBay Web Order Confirmations, including syncing order details, updating inventory, and processing payments.

When an item that was listed through Bravo's eBay integration sells, the customer who purchased it will get an email confirmation of the order.

This email will confirmation will show the following heading:

The heading on the email shows Buya Marketplace, even though the order was placed through eBay.  The next line on the email shows that this is an eBay Order Confirmation. This can confuse customers who have never heard of Buya before.

These emails are sent as part of the fulfillment process through Bravo.  Since eBay web orders are fulfilled through Bravo, it triggers an email to the buyer.  Since Buya is the web sales side of Bravo, the emails are titled with Buya's logo.

These emails cannot be turned off.

This email will in no way sign the customer up for any list or service, so if you have a customer with that concern, please assure them as much.  If they reach out to us, we will also assure them that Buya is not keeping/storing or using their information in any way.

At the bottom of the email is an option for the customer to opt in to receive future Buya emails.  Unless they click this option, they will not be automatically subscribed to anything.

These emails are generated as part of the order fulfillment process.

Here is the message in its entirety.
