eCommerce Metrics Report

You will learn how to run Bravo’s eCommerce Metrics Report to track online sales performance, including revenue, listings, and fulfillment details.

 

The eCommerce Metrics feature allows you to view statistical performance data for eCommerce transactions. Showing:

Sales Channel Dashboard

This section goes through your sales and whether they were made in-store or on a different Omni-Channel. Whether integrated through API or you just changed the Omni-Channel setting at the time of transaction.

MTD Sales Details By Channel

This shows you how well your store did in sales over the last month by the Omni-Channel selected compared to the previous year for the same month.

NOTE: For all line items with “MTD” in the description. On this report the “MTD” (Month to Date) represents the actual MTD totals for the month of the day the report was requested.
The data on this report runs for data up to the instant the report is requested.

 

YTD Sales Details By Channel

This report goes over both this YTD and previous YTD to give you a comparison to how well you are doing now.
