NOTE: Multiple-item edits can only be made on items with specific inventory statuses. In many cases, only Unpriced and Inventory items can be edited in bulk.
You will need to be in the Inventory Screen of Bravo to edit multiple items. You can select Inventory from the dashboard, or you can use the drop down and immediately select Price Items or run an Ad Hoc Report
To edit multiple items in Inventory, first select them by one of the following methods:
- Hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click multiple individual items.
- Select one item, then hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click another item to select those two items and all items between them in the list.
- Hold the Shift key and press the down arrow on the keyboard to select a group of items in the list.

Once selected, the items can be edited in the following ways:
Lost or Damaged
Right-click one of the selected items and select Lost or Damaged to add all selected items to a single Lost or Damaged Items event number.
Place on Buya Auction
Right click on one of the selected items and select Place on Buya Auction to add all selected items to an auction on buya.com.
List on buya.com
Select Edit, then enable the Web checkbox to activate buya listings for all selected inventory items. If any items are not in Inventory at the time (Unpriced), the buya listings will go live when the items are priced for inventory.
Convert to SKU
If all items are in the same Estimator category and a SKU also exists in that category, you can right-click one of the selected items and select Convert to SKU.
Inventory Markdowns
Right-click one of the selected items and select Inventory Markdowns to adjust the price on all selected items. *Items need to be previously priced in inventory to use this feature. For more information about price markdowns, click here.
Add to Scrap List
Right click on of the selected items and select Add to Scrap List. If your items are jewelry, you will be able to add these to the scrap bucket list in bulk. For more information on the Scrap Refining Process in Bravo, click here .
Bulk item relocation
Select Edit, then select a Location on the left panel to change all items into that location.
Reprint Tags
Right-click one of the selected items and select Reprint Tags to print new tags for all selected items.
View on eBay Listing Management
Right-click one of the selected items and select View on eBay Listing Management to view the selected items on eBay Listing Management. Only items which are already on buya.com and are allowed to be listed on eBay will appear.
