Employee Performance Deep Dive Report
Provides a detailed view of individual employee performance, tracking transactions, revenue, and customer engagement metrics.
The Employee Performance Deep Dive report shows the sum totals of activity by employee including productivity and profitability.
This report can be found under Employee Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Employee Performance Deep Dive will bring you to the report screen where you can enter a date range.
Once you have entered the parameters click from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see a list of employees and their productivity totals. The productivity number is made of New Loans, Pawn Service Charges, Buys, New Layaways, and New Sales. Sales Returns and Cancelled Layaways are subtracted from the overall productivity number.
This report can be run for any period of time that you require. It can be sorted by Employee, Productivity, Rank, New Loans, Pawn Service Charges, Buys, New Layaways, New Sales, Sales Returns, Net Sales, Sales Gross Profit, Paid off Layaways, or Cancelled Layaways.
The Productivity number is calculated as follows:
- Add:
- New Loans
- Pawn Service Charges
- Buys
- New Layaways
- New Sales
- Then Subtract
- Sales Returns
- Paid Off Layaways (Already included in New Sales and previously credited in New Layaways)
- Cancelled Layaways
This will give you the Productivity number for each employee. The Rank is based on the total productivity of each employee.
