Employee Review Links Sent report

You will learn how to use the Employee Review Links Sent report in Bravo to track which employees are sending review requests and monitor customer engagement.

The Employee Review Links Sent report is a great report for growing and maintaining the number of current reviews your store has. This report will show the number of review links sent by employee for the selected date range. This report can be a great tool for guiding employees to set an expectation of the customer before the review link is sent. Not only do you need the customer to receive the link, they need to take action, click on the link and give a review. This report also has additional columns for how many of the sent reviews were actually clicked on by the customer and how many of those clicked on actually started the review. If you have an employee sending a bunch of links, but the customers receiving them are not taking action, you can coach that employee to set the customer's expectation before sending the link. Additionally there is a column to see how many eReceipts were sent.

 

How to get it:

Need to have the reviews feature enabled for your store (call us toll free at: 888-407-6287)

With the reviews feature enabled, there is a security bit that needs to be enabled so you can run the report. Security bit is located (Main Menu -> Reports -> Sales Reports -> Just below “Digital marketing Settlement”)

You can find the report in the reports tree. Located “Sales Reports” section, just below in the “Digital Marketing Settlement” and just above “Layaway Balance”

Report Configuration:

The report configuration gives you a starting and ending date range. By default, the report configuration will give you first of the current month to todays date.

Report columns:

Employee column: The Employee column will show the "Login/Alias" of each employee that sent review links and/or eReceipts for the selected date range.

Review Links Sent: Number of review links sent by each employee for the selected date range.

Reviews Clicked: Number of review links that the customer clicked on by each employee for the selected date range.

Reviews Started: Number of review links that the customer clicked on, then clicked on the selected site to start the actual review by each employee for the selected date range.

eReceipts Sent: Number of eReceipts sent by each employee for the selected date range.
