Employee Time Clock Report
You will learn how to run the Employee Time Clock Report in Bravo to track clock-ins, clock-outs, total hours worked, and identify timecard discrepancies.
The Employee Time Clock Report is used by payroll account and allows you to see all hours worked and commission and bonuses earned by employees over a date range. Follow these directions to view a report:
- From the Bravo Dashboard, click Reports. The Reports window appears.
- Click the Employee Time Clock report under Closing Reports. The report configuration options appear.

Select from the following configuration options:
- Reporting Dates (Date range)
- Stores
- Employees
- Separate Pages (Create a page for each employee)
- Include Detail
- Click OK to create the report.
Keep in mind that the configuration date fields refer to the clock in time. If a record has different clock in and clock out dates, that record only shows up on the report if you include the in date. In addition, records with clock out dates later than the configured date range are included if those records have clock in times within the date range.
