End Points Printing Error
Learn how to resolve endpoint printing errors in Bravo, including steps to check your printer settings, restart services, and correct configuration issues that may be preventing receipts or tags from printing.
This article is going to inform you on what to do if you get this error while trying to print out any reports or paperwork; the error will look like this:

This error is caused by Windows update and can be verified when viewing the Print Spooler Service. This can be accessed by clicking your Start button and typing in the following:

Once you have typed that in, you should have a services option in your menu; as shown below:

Clicking on that will open a window where you can find the "Print Spooler" service. After you locate the print spooler service, Double-Click on it and it will open the Print Spooler Properties, where you can test your Print Spooler Service:

Clicking start will start the process, it will most likely shut itself back down. This is not an error being caused by the Bravo software.

- Contact the vendor from which you've purchased the hardware.
- Contact the hardware system specialist that you use for your store's network and hardware.
- Contact our recommended third party hardware specialist.
