eReceipt Dialog

Learn how to use the eReceipt dialog in Bravo to offer customers digital receipts via email or MobilePawn, streamlining the checkout process and reducing paper usage.

The eReceipt Dialog Window helps you quickly process electronic receipts and allows you to confirm the customer's current mobile phone number.

  • Editing the Mobile Number in the eReceipt window will save this newly changed number.

eReceipt window Options

eReceipt – Subtract one receipt from the number of receipts configured to print. Send an SMS with a web link to the online receipt.

Print & eReceipt – Print the number of receipts configured to print. Send an SMS with a web link to the online receipt.

Print - Print the number of receipts that have been set up for printing.

No Receipt - Subtract one receipt from the number of receipts configured to print.

  • If the Mobile Number and eReceipt buttons are greyed out, your store isn't set up for eReceipts yet.
