eReceipt Message Template

Learn how to set up and customize the eReceipt message template in Bravo to include personalized messaging, store policies, or marketing content that prints at the bottom of digital receipts.

The eReceipt Message Template works like the other Bravo templates and allows you to customize a message that is sent to customers. The eReceipt Message Template comes with the following variables to allow each message to become more specific to the customer.

Instructions

To get to the eReceipts template follow these steps:

  • From the Dashboard, select System Configuration > Configuration Tab > Customer Engagement.
  • To edit the template, click the Edit button and then the Pencil icon for eReceipt Message Template.

Customer.FirstName - This will be replaced with the first name of the customer receiving the eReceipt.

Customer.LastName - This will be replaced with the last name of the customer receiving the eReceipt.

Link.MobilePawn - This will be replaced by the URL to download Mobile Pawn.

Link.Receipt - This will be replaced by the URL for the eReceipt. 

Link.Review - This will be replaced by the URL for the customer to leave a review. Requires the Online Reviews feature, Online Review Booster

Store.Name - This will be replaced by the store name as configured in System Configuration.

Store.Phone - This will be replaced by the store phone number as configured in System Configuration.
