Expired Loans to Auction Report

You will learn how to run the Expired Loans to Auction Report in Bravo to track items eligible for auction after loan expiration and manage inventory flow.

To reprint the Expired Loans To Auction report for a closed auction, navigate from the Bravo Dashboard to Reports:

Next select Expired Loans To Auction from the Reports screen in Bravo:

Once you click Preview, you will see a pop-up box that will allow you to configure your report. You will be prompted to enter the loan auction number. Remember, if you do not recall an auction number, you can find it in the Item History of any item which was expired to that auction.

This will bring up a copy of the Expired Loans to Auction Report:

This report shows the following information:

  • Auction Number
    • Number of the auction in question
  • Status
    • Open or closed
  • DCA #
    • Store's DCA #
  • Lot Number
    • Each item is assigned a lot number
  • Item Number
    • Item number from Bravo
  • Description
    • Tag description of item
  • Date
    • Date most recent item added to auction
  • Weight 
    • Weight of item if Jewelry
  • Cost
    • Store's investment in item
  • Selling Price
    • Price of sold items
  • Buy Back Amount
    • Cost plus Loan Auction Cost Adjustment Percentage (from System Configuration)
  • Items Sold
    • Total number of items sold
  • Items Bought Back
    • Total number of items bought back
