Finger Print Image Capture

You will learn how Bravo captures fingerprint images for transactions, including quality requirements and when a new fingerprint must be collected.

On each workstation, you will need to install the Bravo Fingerprint Plugin. Please download the plugin by Clicking Here

Next, restart Bravo. On the Bravo dashboard there is an icon that indicates that the plugin was detected.
​When editing a customer, a Fingerprint button will be available.

Clicking Fingerprint will display a dialog and allow you to take a customer's fingerprint and choose the finger that is associated.

The customer can press their finger as many times as you like until you get a good print. The Accept button will be enabled once an image is available.


If you press Accept the fingerprint will be added to the Other tab in the customer's photos and will be date and time stamped. The associated finger information will show as a caption under the image. As with any image in Bravo, you can right-click on it and View Larger for more detail.
