Fortis Online Order Shipping Details Report
Learn how to track and manage Fortis shipping details for online orders in Bravo, including viewing shipment status.
The Fortis Online Order Shipping Details report was made so that orders coming in through eCommerce using Fortis can have the Billing and Shipping information verified by using the Order Number.
This report is found in the Sales Reports and the All Reports sections
Once opened, you will need to chose the store that has the order, and then place in the order number (including the dashes) into the field. Then click View Report on the far right.
The report may go into a loading screen, this report can be cancelled at any time by clicking the Cancel button.
Once completed, you will see the Order information including the Billing and Shipping address of the customer. If any of this information does not match up, it is advised that you call the customer and have them verify the information is correct, as it could be a potential fraud case.
