Handle Web Offers

Learn how to manage and respond to web offers submitted through your online storefront, including reviewing customer offers, accepting, countering, or declining, and updating inventory status accordingly.

Your selling price is fully negotiable on Buya.com, provided you have enabled "allow offers" under the web portion of your system configuration settings.   This allows you to see offers from web customers and negotiate the selling price.

Registered users can make an offer:

To see the offers, click the Task button Web Offers:

Negotiate the price with The Negotiator dialog:

You have 72 hours to either accept, make a counter offer, or decline from the price “Negotiator”.  If you do not provide a response in 72 hours or decline the offer, it will expire.   If you accept, or make a counter offer, the customer has 24 hours to pay for the item at the negotiated price.  A customer can submit a new offer to your counter offer.

When the offer is accepted, the item is removed from sale on Buya.com.  No one other than the customer, with the accepted offer, can buy the item for 24 hours.

Stores can configure if make an offer is available for certain categories, from the web categories tab or for individual items from the web options dialog.  Select “SELL/AUCTION NO OFFERS” to not allow offers on certain categories or items:

In the Bravo Shopkeeper app you can also answer these Web Offers in the same way by accepting, countering, or declining at the top of the Negotiator.
