How to Disable Devices from Shopkeeper

Learn how to disable devices from Bravo Shopkeeper to manage security and ensure only authorized access to the app.

If you are using Shopkeeper you will incur a monthly charge for each device that you have active on the mobile app, even if the device is no longer used.  If you have devices that are active, but no longer used, you may want to disable these devices so that they do not affect your billing.  Active devices incur a monthly charge, so it is important to be able to disable a device.  

To turn off a device from the mobile app, follow these steps:  

In Bravo go to System Configuration

Once there, go to Mobile Devices from the bottom of the list on the left:

Select the device you want to disable and click "DEACTIVATE"

 

Your device is now disabled and disconnected from the Shopkeeper App.  You will want to delete the app from your phone.

If at any time you find that you need to re-activate a previously deactivated device, or you just need to see which devices are no longer on your account, simply click the "Show Inactive Items" Button:

This will show you any items that have been deactivated on your account, including mobile devices.
