Void/View Transactions

1. Going into Void/view transactions

2. Selecting "Ad Hoc reporting"

3. Find the drop-down that says "MobilePawn" under Pawn Items - add the criteria, and then check the box to include ALL MobilePawn payments. You can then choose to add a date range under the "Transaction Header" drop down menu.

When you hit Ok to run the Ad Hoc, it will pull up all items that received a MobilePawn Payment in the date range. Bravo shows this by the multi-colored Pawn symbol next to the Type of transaction.

History/Journal

For this method, you will need to know the Loan or Layaway Number. For this example we are going to do the loan from above.

1. Go to Loans section of Bravo

2. Type in the Loan number at the top of Bravo

3. The Loan History and Loan Journal will both show that a MobilePawn payment was made

Loan History shows the information like this:

And the Loan Journal shows it similar to Void/View with the multi-colored pawn symbol
