How to Install the GoDEX G500 Label Printer
Learn how to install the GoDEX G500 Label Printer, including driver installation, printer setup, and configuration tips to ensure smooth printing within Bravo.
CITIZEN printers are set up in the same way. The preferences and Printing Properties are identical to the Godex.

First download this file, Click on / copy paste this link for exact file.

Now that you have downloaded the installer, right click on it and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATIOR. The installer will then open. Click the radio button next to I accept to begin install.

Select the directory to install the files to.
Finish installing the driver files
You will then see the drivers installed
Now the printer driver installer will open. Click the radio button next to Install printer drivers and NEXT

Now select how the computer will connect to the printer.
IF USB continue, If NETWORK scroll down to the network install section.
In you are installing the USB printer, Plug in the printer into the USB port and the installer will continue.

Click Next to name the printer, and complete the install of the USB printer.

FOR NETWORK INSTALL CONTINUE HERE
If you are installing as a network printer select the network mode and click next.
Select the model of the printer you are installing and click next

Now you will need to select or create the port it will use to connect
Click Create Port...

Once you click Create Port..., the create port window will open.
Select STANDARD TCP/IP PORT followed by the NEW PORT button.
The ADD PORT window will open. Click Next.

You will now need to find and identify the IP address of the printer.
Open the Advanced IP Scanner and find the IP address of the printer. Remember that the MAC address is on the back of the printer on a sticker, this will make it easy to determine which is which. When you have the IP address, go back to the Add Port Window and click Next.
Enter in the IP address into the fields and click Next.
Finish the creation of the port.

You will now go back to the printer driver installer window. Make sure the correct port is selected and click the NEXT button.
Now watch the printer get installed
Close the installer, you’re done with this part.

Now navigate to the Devices and Printers section of the control panel. Find the printer you just installed, right click on it and select Printing Preferences.
Make sure the orientation is on portrait. Then in the STOCK field, click the NEW... button.

For the ATags Printer you need to set the Width to 2.20 in and the Height for 0.50 in and name the stock ATags Stock

For the Labels Printer you need to set the Width to 2.25 in and the Height to 0.75 in, then name the Stock Labels Stock

Then make sure the Page Setup tab is correct. Then select the Graphics tab.
Now set the Dithering to None and click Apply and OK. You have now finished configuring the printer.
Now if you have the printer connected onto the network follow these steps.
Open your web browser and in the URL field enter the IP address of the printer.
You will then be taken to the login screen for the printer’ config options.
Login with the account name admin and the password 1111
Now click on the Configuration option, followed by the TCP/IP option. Set the printer to have a Static IP and click Submit.
