How to sell a Firearm Web Order that is set to In-Store Pickup
Learn how to complete a firearm web order in Bravo that has been set for in-store pickup, including checking background status, verifying 4473 completion, and finalizing the sale properly.
Selling a firearm directly to the customer from their order on UsedGuns.com or your Company Branded Website is easier than if you had to ship it!
There is no need for a 3rd Party Transaction or to edit the customer information!
To begin the process of selling the In-Store Pickup firearm, first you must locate the firearm's Web Order. To do this you can go to Locate In-Store Pickup and search for any items that are here.

Once you have found the firearm, click on Web Fulfillment. Your next step is to type in the Item Number where it says Scan or type at the top.

The system will then prompt you to choose a Location where the item will sit in the back rooms/warehouse while the customer makes the trip to your store.

After entering in the Location you can select Save on the top right to leave this order as it is and continue other business and resume by going Complete In-Store Pickup from eCommerce. Alternatively if the customer is in the store you can move straight to Complete Transaction after locating the item.

Next will be the Transactions screen where you can verify the item information. Click Next to continue.

On the Tender Screen you can verify the amount and the card type that was used on the Web Order. Click Save to continue.

Now you will fill out the 4473 either manually or electronically with the E4473 feature that Bravo offers.

Once your 4473 form is completed you can process the sale to the customer and your gun log will be updated to reflect that the item left the store!
