Inventory Age Analysis Report
Analyze how long items have been in your inventory using Bravo’s Inventory Age Analysis report to guide pricing and discount strategies.
The Inventory Age Analysis report shows the store or company inventory, broken down by age and category. This report allows you to further drill down into class as well as style.
This report can be found in Inventory Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Inventory Age Analysis will bring you to the report screen where you can select a store and enter an Inventory Date.
The store selection is defaulted to All to show company wide inventory levels.
Once you have entered the parameters click from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see a break down of inventory by category and age. The categories are separated by Jewelry and Manufactured Goods and the ages are broken down by Days.
Inventory is divided by age from 0 to over 1111 days. It is grouped into Days 0 - 6, 7 - 14, and 15 - 30. After that is is grouped into 30 day cycles until day 1110, then it will appear as Inventory over 1111 Days old. Amounts on the report represent cost of inventory.
The report can be sorted by the following:
- Area
- Department
- Class
- Style
- Total (this is the total cost)
