The Inventory Summary Analysis report shows the quantity, cost, and price of used inventory, new inventory, buys and layaways by company or by store. You can drill down further into inventory type. (Jewelry, Guns, and General Merchandise.)
This report can be found in Inventory Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Inventory Summary Analysis will immediately run the report for the company for the current date. If you would like to see the inventory by store, or the inventory levels on a specific date, you can configure this at the top of the reporting page.
Once you have entered the parameters click 
from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see a break down of inventory levels for each store.
If the report is run for the entire company, the company grand totals will appear on the last page of the report.
Inventory levels are grouped into Used Items, New Items, Buy Items and Layaway Items. Each grouping is further split by Firearm, Jewelry and Other. "Other" represents all general merchandise that does not fall under "Firearm".
