Item Status Definitions
You will learn the meaning of each item status in Bravo, such as Active, Pulled, Sold, or Written Off, to better manage and track your inventory.
Below is a definition of each item status in Bravo.

| Auction | Currently on Auction | Yes |
| Buy | A buy waiting for the buy hold period to end. | Yes |
| Customer Item | Was given back to customer in some fashion other than redeems (I.E. Voided Loans/Buys). | No |
| Damaged Inventory - Controllable | Inventory Item classified as damaged using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Damaged Inventory - Non-Controllable | Inventory Item classified as damaged using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Damaged Loan - Controllable | Loan Item classified as damaged using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Damaged Loan - Non-Controllable | Loan Item classified as damaged using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Defunct | Item no longer exists as a separate item number. Often added to a SKU, or combined with another item. | No |
| Donated | Item written off as donated. | No |
| Firearm Approv | Firearm Background check approved, but item has not been picked up by customer. | Yes |
| Firearm Deny | Firearm Background check denied. | Yes |
| Firearm Hold | Firearm Background check on hold. | Yes |
| Firearm Process | Firearm Background check not complete, waiting for results. | Yes |
| In Transit | Item in transit between locations. Can be moved between stores within a company, or in transit to a vendor. Classified by the Transfer function in Bravo. | Yes |
| Inventory | Items available for sale. | Yes |
| Layaway | Item tied to a current layaway transaction. | Yes |
| Missing Inv | Inventory Item classified as lost using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Missing Loan | Loan Item classified as lost using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Pending Offer | Item has current offer from a Buya or Company Branded website customer. | Yes |
| Pending Pickup | Item sold on Buya or Company Branded website as in-store pick-up. Item is waiting for customer to come to store to pick it up. | Yes |
| Pending Shipment | Item sold on Buya or Company Branded website processed with shipment data, but order not yet shipped and finalized. | Yes |
| Pending Web Sale | Item sold on Buya or Company Branded website but not yet processed. | Yes |
| Police | Item written off as part of the police hold/confiscation process. | No |
| Police Inventory Hold | A hold indicating the police picked up the item. This is not a confiscation. Item may still be returned to the store in the future pending the investigation. | No |
| Prep For Auction | Awaiting Auction (New York only) | Yes |
| Reactivated | Loan that has been brought back from the expired/inventory section. This is a temporary transaction status |

| Redeemed | Loan item has been redeemed and returned to the customer. | No |
| Refined | Item is in an open scrap bucket as part of the scrap refining process. | Yes |
| Refined & Closed | Item is in a closed scrap bucket as part of the scrap refining process. Item has been fully scrapped and payment has been received from the vendor. | No |
| Regulatory Consignment Hold | Item taken in on consignment, unable to be sold due to regulatory hold. (Varies by store and jurisdiction.) | No |
| Repair | Item currently being repaired as part of Bravo's repair function. | Yes |
| Returned Consignment | Unsold consignment item that has been returned to the consignor. | No |
| Returned Repair | Repair item that has been completed and returned to customer. | No |
| Shrink | Item that has been written off. | No |
| Sold | Item has been sold to a customer. | No |
| Sold To Vendor | Item was sold to a vendor. | No |
| Stolen Inventory - Controllable | Inventory Item classified as stolen using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Stolen Inventory - Non-Controllable | Inventory Item classified as stolen using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
| Stolen Loan - Controllable | Loan Item classified as stolen using the Lost or Damaged action within Bravo. | Yes |
