The Key Performance Indicators report provides a performance summary by company, region or store. This report includes critical operational metrics such as revenue, service charges, sales, profit margin, loans and loan balance.
This report can be found in Operational Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Key Performance Indicators will immediately run the report for the current date. No input is required for this process.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see the company key performance indicators in a chart. It is grouped by Area (region), then by store.
You can see day and month to date numbers for the following: Revenue, Service Charges, Retail Sales, and Loan Balance +/-. Data for the day only is available on the following: Retail Sales Profit Margin (cumulative, current), Cash Balance, Pulls Ready, Loans, Loan Balance, Defaults.
Company totals are listed at the bottom of the report.
