Last Payment Date
You will learn how Bravo tracks the last payment date on loans and layaways, and how this information helps manage customer transactions and due dates.

This article will cover how the different places you can see Last Payment information on a Loan in Bravo.
Instructions
- First bring up the loan by scanning or typing the loan ticket number in the Dashboard

1. Loan History Report
- Click on the Loan History button to get the Loan History report.

- In the Loan History report, the most common example to see the Last Payment is an extension payment.
- See the example below where a loan was written on 8/29/24 and an Extension was done on 11/22/24. This was the last payment on the loan.

2. Loan Journal
- Now, click on the Loan Journal button to get the Loan Journal report.

- In the Loan Journal report, is another place to see the Last Payment is an extension payment.
- See the example below where a loan was written on 8/29/24 and an Extension was done on 11/22/24. This was the last payment on the loan.

3. Ad Hoc Report
- From the Dashboard, select Loans/Buys on the right panel.
- Select Ad Hoc Reporting from the right menu.
- Set two criteria options, Active Loans and Buys and Ticket number.

- Run the report with the ticket number.
- Right click over any Header, e.i. Due Date to get a Column Chooser Menu.
- Scroll down the Column Chooser and put a check-mark for Last Payment and close window.
- A new column, Last Payment is added.
- The Last Payment date will now show on the Ad Hoc Report.

The following loan actions will update the Last Payment Date:
- Loan Increase
- Buy Ticket
- Extend Loan
- Redeem
- Renew
- Redeem Hold
- Forbearance Deposit
- Forbearance Payment
- Partial Payment
- Pay Roll Fee
The following loan actions will not update the Last Payment Date:
- New Buy
- New Loan
- Redeem Pickup
- Cancel Hold Redemption
- Surplus Payout
- Consignment
- Payment To Consignor
- Return To Consignor
- Lost Ticket Affidavit
- Reactivation
