List an Item on Integrated eCommerce Platforms in Bravo
Learn how to list an item for sale using Bravo's built-in eCommerce integration tools
Listing items on your eCommerce platforms—like Buya, UsedGuns.com, or your company-branded website—is a simple process. You can list by entire categories or by individual items. This same process applies across all integrated platforms, except for eBay, which requires additional steps after enabling the item for eBay.
Listing by Category
To view available categories, first select System Configuration from the Bravo Dashboard.
Navigate to the Web Tab and then to the tab labeled Categories.
Identify the categories of items you wish to include or exclude from online sales in the Categories tab. Reach out to your Bravo representative to enable or disable the selected categories.
Checking the box will automatically list all items in that category.
Deselecting the box will exclude all products in that category from automatically listing, it will also delist everything on the site when done.
Listing Individual Items
To list individual items, navigate to the right side menu and click Inventory.
Enter or Scan the inventory number of the item you wish to list. This can also be done while pricing items using the Priced Items Task Manager Button.
Check the box on the right that shows Web to enable the item for listing online.
Deselecting this box will take the item out of eligibility for on-line sales.
Note: Stock images may not show up when uploaded to BUYA.com. To ensure that you have the proper images on BUYA , take pictures with a webcam.
Click Edit then Item Detail button on the lower left to adjust details for the individual listing.
This will open the Item Detail window. On this window, individual listing elements can be adjusted.
The following elements are specifically tailored to adjust the listing:
- Web Title - This title will appear on the listing.
- Web Price - This is the listing-specific price. It may exceed the store price.

Platform: Choose the platforms where you want to list the item by selecting the corresponding boxes.

Return Option - This governs returns specifically for this item.
- Buya Delivery Option - These selections allow you to choose between free shipping, flat rate shipping and in store pick up only.
- Make an Offer - This decides if offers can be made on specific items. This defaults to checked for offers to be allowed.
- Flat Rate Amount - This is the amount of shipping that will be charged if Flat Rate shipping is selected.
- Web Notes - These are additional notes that appear on the listing.
Fill out the information for your item and then click OK. Make sure that the item is priced in Bravo and click Accept.
Viewing the Item on the eCommerce Platform
It may take a moment for the listing to populate on the website. You can access this listing on our integrated ecommerce platforms in the following ways:

Highlight the item in the main grid, then select Item Detail in the bottom-left corner. In the Item Detail window, choose the eCommerce button for the site you'd like to view.
- Right-click the item in the main grid and select buya.com to view the listing on Buya.
Resetting a price back to original: Editing and changing the item price in the left panel in Inventory Management will remove any existing web or in-store discounts.
