Loan Hold Analysis

Use the Loan Hold Analysis report in Bravo to track held loans, review statuses, and understand the financial impact of holds on your store.

The Loan Hold Analysis report allows you to see all loans currently on a courtesy hold in each store.

This report can be found under Loan Reports as well as All Reports.

Clicking on Loan Hold Analysis will immediately run the report for the current date with no input required.  The report defaults to show all regions and all stores. 

If you would like to see the report for just one region or store, simply select them from the configuration pane at the top of the report screen.

Once you have entered the parameters click view_report_button.JPG from the right hand side of the screen.

As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.

Once the report is run, you will see a list of loans that have been placed on courtesy hold at each store.

The report shows the Store, Amount, Ticket #, Date In, Original Due Date, Hold Expires Date, Extended In Days, Item Type and Item Description.  The report can be sorted by any of these columns.

The top line shows the total Amount and ticket quantity on hold.

This report shows courtesy holds only. To see a loans being held by law enforcement, you will need to run the Police Holds report from Operational Reports.
