Loan Journal Report
You will learn how to run the Loan Journal Report in Bravo to review detailed loan transactions by date, customer, and employee for auditing and analysis.
The Loan Journal Report is used to review all transactions related to a single loan. It can be accessed by clicking Loan Journal from:
- The Transactions screen, with a loan added to the transaction
- The Loans/Buys screen, via right-clicking on a loan item or selecting it in the grid and clicking in the right panel
- The Reports tree, where you will need to enter the loan number in the report configuration dialog.
The top section of the report displays all the same information as the Loan History report, including:
- Item count and number of total items on the ticket
- Category of the first item on the ticket
- Full Description of the first item on the ticket
- Loan Amount of all items on the ticket
- Location
- Customer
The bottom section of the report shows a grid of transaction details related to the loan, including:
- Date & Time of the transaction
- Txn Num
- Ticket Number at the time of the transaction
- Paid Through How much time that the loan has paid for, going from the Creation date forward
- Associate alias
- Txn Type
- Interest paid
- Fees paid
- Principal paid
- Amount paid in total
Relevant icons will appear next to the Txn Type to indicate MobilePawn or inter-store payments.
Voided transactions will appear with strikethrough text to indicate that the Amount was not applied to the loan. The voiding transaction will also appear to help indicate that a related transaction was voided.
