Loan/Buy Disposition Definitions

| Bought Loan | A loan that was changed into a buy | Yes |
| Buy | Bought item waiting for hold period to end | Yes |
| Buy Expired | This Buy has passed the hold period | Yes |
| Confiscated | Loan/Buy was confiscated by police. Store will NOT receive these items back | No |
| Converted Surplus | Loan has been sold by store to a different customer and has to give the surplus to the original pledgor of the item | Yes |
| Courtesy Hold | Store allowing item to remain off of "loans to expire" list for XX days | Yes |
| Expired | Loan has expired and items have been confiscated (Items moved to "Items waiting to be priced" list) | Yes |
| Firearm Approved | Firearm background check was approved | Yes |
| Firearm Denied | Firearm background check was denied | Yes |
| Firearm Hold | Firearm background check put on hold until results are obtained | Yes |
| Firearm In Process | Firearm background check waiting for results on Redemption | Yes |
| Forbearance | Store has put the loan in a stuck state where it no longer accrues interest | Yes |
| Notice | Official written notice has been printed/SMS sent. At end of Notice wait period, if no payments occur, loan will move to "Loans to expire" list | Yes |
| On Loan | A current loan | Yes |
| Paid Hold Redeem | Customer has paid for all interest and fees and awaits the store to bring the item from a Vault location | Yes |
| Paid In Full | Customer has paid for all interest and fees and awaits action from store | Yes |
| Police Buy Hold | A Buy the police asked to have set aside while they investigate | Yes |
| Police Loan Hold | A Loan the police asked to have set aside while they investigate | Yes |
| Police Pickup | A Loan/Buy the police have taken possession of, but the store MAY get it back depending on their investigation | No |
| Redeem Firearm Hold | Firearm has been paid in full but awaits for the Firearm background check to be approved/denied | Yes |
| Redeemed | Loan was redeemed, items given back to customer | No |
| Renewed | Loan was renewed/rewritten (Will go back to On Loan Disposition in next day) | Yes |
| Void Buy | A Buy transaction that was voided | No |
