The Loans to Expire Analytics report shows all loans that can be pulled and forfeited by store, or company-wide. You can also drill the report down by item type.
This report can be found under Loan Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Loans to Expire Analytics will immediately run the report for all stores and all item types with no input required.
If you would like to narrow this report by store or by item type, simply select these criteria from the configuration pane at the top of the report window.
Select a store from the drop down list of stores for your company. The default is all stores.
Ticket Type is either Pawn or Buy. The default is Pawn.
Spec type is either Jewelry, Firearm or other. The default is All types.
Once you have entered the parameters click 
from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see a list of tickets that are set to expire and can be forfeited to inventory.
The report shows Customer Name, Ticket Number, Date Out, Spec Type, Item Type, Brand, Item Description, Location, Principal Amount, Service Charges, and Total. The report can be sorted by any of these columns.
